The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (Norwegian abbreviation DFØ) would like to offer our customers and the administration an improved platform for exchanging data and at the same time keep the impact on the source systems as low as possible. This can, for example, include making purchase, HR, payroll and accounting information available, without influencing important supply of services.The important points that the Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management wants to achieve in the long-term are:— services that solve our customers and users' needs in a good and efficient way,— increased use of service and interaction design in the development of new services and improvements to existing services,— increased competence and experience with the use of service and interaction design in the entity.This system is for advice and execution within service and interaction design.This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:— planning and implementation of concrete projects,— assist with advice connected to all or parts of projects,— strengthen competence in service and interaction design in DFØ,— assist with 1 or several of the phases in the triple diamond; diagnosis, investigate, define, develop and delivery,— ensure good processes and tools in DFØ's context,— process management and facilitation,— project management and project support.
