Ascolto, intuizione e sperimentazione caratterizzano la cultura progettuale di Park Associati, studio fondato a Milano nel 2000 da Filippo Pagliani e Michele Rossi.
Lo studio propone progetti specifici e rigorosi, senza trascurare composizione ed estetica. Da un processo creativo aperto, trasversale e scientifico, nascono edifici audaci come gli Headquarters Salewa a Bolzano, Luxottica e Nestlé a Milano, i ristoranti itineranti The Cube e Priceless, i progetti retail per Tenoha e Brioni. Rigenerazione urbana e retrofitting sono tematiche chiave per lo studio, ne sono esempi, a Milano, la Serenissima e Gioiaotto, l’intervento in Piazza Cordusio, gli Headquarters Engie e il restyling completo dell’edificio di via Brisa 5. Park Associati sta sviluppando la progettazione di nuove soluzioni residenziali, in particolare legate agli alloggi per studenti e sta approfondendo le tematiche legate al masterplan con la riqualificazione del Waterfront di Catania, muovendosi sempre più verso uno sviluppo internazionale.
Listening, intuition and experimentation are the trademarks of the design culture of Park Associati, architectural practice founded in Milan in 2000 by Filippo Pagliani and Michele Rossi.
The practice proposes specific and rigorous projects, without losing sight of composition aesthetic aspects.
Daring buildings, such as the Salewa Headquarters in Bolzano and Luxottica and Nestlé in Milan, are characterised by a wide-ranging and creative process, as well as The Cube and Priceless travelling restaurants or retail projects for Tenoha, Hermès and Brioni. Urban regeneration and retrofitting are key themes for the practice as evidenced in Milan by La Serenissima and Gioiaotto, the intervention in Piazza Cordusio, the new Engie Headquarters and the complete restyling of the building in via Brisa. Park Associati is developing a focus on the design of new residential solutions, in particular related to student housing and is looking further into masterplan matters with the renewal of the Catania Waterfront, increasingly moving towards an international development.
