Công ty bảo hộ lao động Thiên Bằng ra đời từ tình yêu và sự thấu cảm với người lao động. Cơ duyên đưa Anh Vương Công Văn, Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị công ty, vào ngành sản xuất trang thiết bị bảo hộ lao động. Sau khi tốt nghiệp khóa 48, chuyên ngành Hệ thống điện của Trường Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội, Anh Văn đã làm chỉ huy công trường. Trong thời gian này, ông chứng kiến những tình huống đau lòng khi người công nhân mặc những bộ quần áo bảo hộ xuề xòa, với chất liệu vải dày và cứng, gây khó chịu khiến họ mất tập trung và ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất làm việc. Điều này làm nảy sinh ý tưởng về việc sản xuất quần áo bảo hộ chất lượng với giá phải chăng, để người lao động yên tâm làm việc và doanh nghiệp thể hiện sự quan tâm đến nhân viên.

Tuy nhiên, ý kiến của Anh Văn không được chấp nhận, và những bộ quần áo bảo hộ đạt chuẩn đều là hàng nhập khẩu với giá cả cao. Từ nỗi lo lắng đó, Anh Văn quyết định trở thành người tiên phong sản xuất quần áo bảo hộ chất lượng với giá phải chăng cho người lao động.

Để giảm giá thành sản xuất, Anh Văn và đội ngũ tại Thiên Bằng đã cải tiến kỹ thuật và áp dụng công nghệ may hiện đại nhất, tối ưu hóa năng suất và giảm sức lao động mà vẫn duy trì chất lượng. Thiên Bằng thực hiện tất cả các khâu sản xuất, từ lên sơ đồ, may mẫu cho đến in ấn logo, mà không cần trung gian bên ngoài. Điều này giúp công ty tối ưu hóa chi phí, giảm giá thành sản phẩm mà vẫn đảm bảo chất lượng.
