An up-to-date Customer list can be found on Hansel's online service.Hansel invites tenders for hotel accommodation services in Brussels (lots 1-6), Stockholm (lot 7), Copenhagen (lot 8) and Oslo (lot 9) in accordance with this call for tenders and its annexes. In addition to hotel accommodation services in Brussels, Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo tenderers may offer hotel accommodation services in optional cities (see Annex 2 "Price Quotation Form"). Both parties have a sole right to remove Hotels in optional cities during the agreement period (see Annex 3 "Agreement" section 25.4.) The tendered rates for optional hotels are only accepted to this framework agreement if the tenderer is accepted as a supplier for hotel accommodation services in Brussels, Stockholm, Copenhagen and/or Oslo. The tenderer can not offer accommodation services only in optional cities. Tendering hotel accommodation services in optional cities is voluntary and the offered rates are not included in the comparison of tenders.Specifications and requirements for services are defined in more detail in call for tenders and its annexes, in particular Annex 1 "Subject Matter".It is estimated that ministries are largest users of the framework agreement regarding to Customers (see Annex 5 "Customers") that are entitled to use the framework agreement.

The estimation of the amount of optional cities hotels during the agreement period, including the possible renewal period, is 12 000 nights (optional cities are listed in Annex 2 "Price Quotation Form"). The use of all other additional services mentioned in Annex 1 "Subject-Matter" are estimated to be minor.

The estimated nights are based on the information given by the customers and estimates made by Hansel. Information presented above do not bind Hansel Oy nor the Customers during the contract term.

When taking into account the nature of the service, international circumstances are affecting the need of the service. Therefore the actual usage of the framework agreement may differ from the estimations.

The maximum value of the framework agreement is 103 600 room nights for the entire agreement period including possible renewal periods. In addition the use of all other additional services than accommodation services is at a maximum minor.

The agreement period is 24 months. The agreement may be renewed between the parties based on a mutual agreement up to two times for a period maximum of twelve (12) months (Renewal Term maximum 12 + maximum 12 months), always subject to the provisions set out in the Agreement (Annex 3). The terms and conditions of the agreement shall be applied to all reservations made prior to the termination of the agreement, provided however, that the date of the accommodation reserved is within three (3) months from the expiry of the agreement (see Annex 3 section 6.3.).

The procurement is done in accordance with an open procedure, when the procurement unit publishes a contract notice and sets available a call for tenders. The possible tenderers give their tenders based on the call for tenders.

According to the Finnish Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts 1397/2016 section 75 subsection 3, the procurement unit may combine several parts or all parts to the same procurement agreement.
