Description of procurement /scope of services

Orientation about the Dynamic Purchasing scheme:All of the applications to participate in the purchasing scheme are processed continuously through the entire period of the purchasing scheme. I.e. that a supplier at any time during the period the scheme lasts may submit an application to be qualified for the purchasing scheme. Tenderers who deliver applications and fulfil the qualification requirements are recognised as suppliers and are included in the scheme. A supplier can also at any time leave the scheme.Only when a specific service is to be purchased is a tender requested from the suppliers approved in the scheme. All suppliers qualified in the scheme at the date of publication of a competition will be invited to submit tenders. The competition published in the scheme will have individual requirements and award criteria suited to the service the contracting authority wants carried out. The tender deadline will be at least 10 days.The contracting authority can at any time extend or end the duration of a Dynamic Purchasing System. Any changes in the duration of the scheme will be published on Doffin.
