Description of procurement /scope of services

Rakkestad Municipality (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for ICT equipment. The tender contest is carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations.The purpose of the contract is to ensure that the client achieves a cost-effective and rational purchase of ICT equipment for use at the Contracting Authority's units and activities. The call for tenders includes PCs, thin clients, telephones, hardware, monitors and other peripheral equipment related to servers, network and work stations, as well as software thereof. The software can e.g. be Office 365, VMware, firewall systems and backup. The call for tenders also include consultancy service for the equipment.Rakkestad sub-parish, Rakkestad Church Office shall also have an option for enter into the agreement on verbatim terms. The agreement period is 2 years with an option for 1 + 1 year extension.The estimated total agreement value, including options, is NOK 12 000 000.The value is a guideline and excluded VAT.
