Vågan kommune [Vågan municipality] will use the implementation of this competition to purchase different consultancy services or advisory services from one or more suppliers.
The dynamic purchasing scheme will include solutions that enable the appointment of advisers, architects, and consultants to assist Vågan municipality to acquire competences that Vågan municipality has no capacity to take care of or lacks expertise in. Consultancy services and advisory services will apply to the area as organizational development, building and construction, architectural assignments and management review. Examples are reviews, training, guidance, strategic advisory services, analysis/control-related services, measures/consequence reviews, research-based evaluation reports as well as general consultancy services. The consultancy services can include elements of assignments and/or assistance.
During call-offs at short notice, Vågan municipality will prepare requirement specifications for all types of advisory, architect and consultancy services.
The individual competitions implemented in the scheme will contain requirements and needs descriptions for the individual procurements listed in different categories within the named work areas.
Each individual call-off will have a 4-year contract duration.
