Description of procurement /scope of services

The contracting authority currently has a vehicle fleet of approx. 50 light vehicles. The existing vehicle fleet consists of a combination of a smaller number of owned vehicles and a majority of leased vehicles. The current leasing periods expire from 2021 for the first vehicles up to and including 2025. The number of vehicles with an expiring leasing period varies from year to year in this period.The estimated volume and future vehicle fleet over a 6-year period based on the existing conditions for the total number of vehicles that we envisage will continue roughly the same as today. The current distribution between passenger cars and goods vans is almost equal. This distribution can change.The estimated financial scope is calculated to be between NOK 12-15 million over a 6-year period.The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that this is an estimate and that there will be variations. The Dynamic Purchasing System is also subject to budgetary and activity changes as well political government, which can affect the terms and conditions for the scope of the assignment.See the tender documentation for further information.
