Dynamic purchasing system (DPS) Procurement and delivery of furniture for the municipalities in the Værnes region.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of furniture and fittings for offices, schools, nurseries, and institutions.
The dynamic purchasing system will be used for procurements with a total sum of more than NOK 500,000.
Framework agreements will be used for procurements with a total sum of less than NOK 500,000.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of furniture and fittings for offices, schools, nurseries, and institutions.
The dynamic purchasing system will be used for procurements with a total sum of more than NOK 500,000.
Framework agreements will be used for procurements with a total sum of less than NOK 500,000.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Proof that
the company is registered in a company register.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
Tenderers must be credit worthy.
Documentation requirement:

will carry out a credit rating BISNODE that is based
on the most recent financial figures.
* Experience from similar assignments. Tenderers are required to have good experience from similar assignments.
Similar assignments means the delivery and assembly of furniture.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers must state 3 of the most important
relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, including their scope, date,
and contracting authority or recipient.
* Quality system. The assignment requires tenderers to have quality management systems for
furniture deliveries for the professional market.
Documentation requirement: Sufficient documentation of the company's routines for quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility, manufacturing process and
continuous analysis and improvement. If a tenderer holds an ISO 9001:2008 certificate (or newer version), such a certificate will be accepted as documentation of compliance with the qualification requirement. *
* Environmental management
Tenderers must use environmental management measures for the implementation of the contract.
Documentation requirement: The self-declaration on the environment that is attached to
the tender documentation can be used as documentation.
