Description of procurement /scope of services

The dynamic purchasing system will include:The DPS procedure will cover Fredrikstad Municipality's need for delivery of asphalt works included in the municipality's annual Asphalt program.Deliveries included in the Asphalt program concern the annual major investment works for asphalting.The contracting authority will assess if this need will be covered by a competition that includes the asphalt program for the entire years or if multiple competitions will be announced for parts of the asphalt program.As a rule, the contracting authority will internally carry out preparatory works such as excavation works, trench digging and completing and levelling of areas that will be asphalted.Each competition will include individual specifications.If excavation, trenching, etc. is to be included, it will be stated in the specification for each competition.
